Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full-refund circumstances

SizzFizz will issue a full refund when the selected exclusive sponsorship position is unavailable after payment.

SizzFizz will issue a full refund when it rejects the submitted business name or destination link.

SizzFizz will issue a full refund when it cannot provide the purchased sponsorship coverage.

After approval and activation

Once the sponsor has been approved and the sponsorship has been activated, the purchase is non-refundable except when SizzFizz fails to provide the purchased coverage or applicable law requires otherwise.

No proration

The sponsorship price is not reduced or prorated because the purchaser joins after the season has begun.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible.

The time required for a refund to appear depends on the payment provider and the purchaser’s financial institution.
